Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at social@tasohi.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: H1704, Edge Towers, Ramprastha City, Sector 37D, Gurugram, Haryana 122006, India.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping cost to be borne by buyer even in case of return. The balance amount would be refunded.

Damages and Issues-

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges-

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period-

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds-

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at social@tasohi.com.
